Your Practice,
Explained

This isn't a new habit to master. There's no process to trust, nothing to get right. read the guide. listen to the audio, and see what happens when you do.

What is the Anchor Breath?

It’s a proven way to reset yourself. I explain it all, it's good science.

How long are sessions?

From 30 seconds to minutes you choose. There is a 30 second bonus practice as well as the audio, which will go as long as 10 minutes. Your choice.

How does it work?

Read the PDF, then listen to the audios. Then actually do the Anchor Breath. First time lie down, listen, just follow my voice, enjoy.

Do I need experience?

Not at all. Anchor Breath is completely beginner-friendly. There are no complicated techniques to learn–just your natural breath.

Where can I listen?

You can access your sessions from any device–your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Listen wherever you have a quiet moment. Use buds or headphones for best results.

How often should I practice?

We recommend practicing often, it's like muscle memory. The more you do it the faster your body recognises it. There is no maximum per day and you can go longer if you want to.

What if this doesn't apply to me right now?

Fine. Bank it. This isn't about needing it today - it's about having it ready for the moment you do. Could be the difference in making the right call when it counts.

Can I use it for sleep?

Yes. Many of our members use the practice as a wind-down tool before bed to quiet racing thoughts and prepare the body for deep rest. The trick is not to try hard to do it. But to simply follow your breath and off you go.
